Vikas Singhal is a Founding Partner of HSCM Ventures at Hudson Structured Capital Management Ltd. with primary responsibilities in the Re/Insurance Strategy and HSCM Ventures.
Most recently, Vikas was a Partner at Gracie Point, a specialty finance company he helped to start in 2010 which focuses on specialty lending in the life insurance industry.
He started his career at UBS Investment Bank in Structured Products where he worked to develop a number of new product solutions for a wide range of corporate and institutional clients which included unique credit financings, asset finance, specialty finance, bank, and non-bank financial institutions, and ABS.
Vikas graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and holds a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Michael Millette is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Hudson Structured Capital Management Ltd. Michael is a member of the Board of Directors for Occam Global, Weston Insurance, CyberCube, Southern Fidelity Insurance Company, Gracie Point, as well as Hudson Structured. He is also a Board Observer for Gracie Point and Kairos Acquisition Corp.
Michael was at Goldman Sachs from 1994 to 2015. He was elected a Partner in 2006 and held a number of positions over the course of a 21-year career at the firm. Most recently, Michael was the Global Head of Structured Finance, Co-Head of the Structured Finance Capital Committee, and President of the Goldman Sachs Mortgage Corporation. Michael was the founding team member of both the Re/Insurance structured finance and principal businesses. He was a team leader or key team member for over 150 transactions in the sector. Michael led distribution for the first 144A catastrophe bond in 1996. He also led teams that developed Goldman’s current businesses in Transport Finance, Intellectual Property Structured Finance, Private Placements and Project Finance, and spearheaded the development of the Principal Funding business in investment banking. He served on Bank Capital Committee and Investment Banking Client & Business Standards Committee.
Michael began his career as an Analyst at Citibank and subsequently worked as a portfolio manager at John Hancock. He is a CFA Charterholder. He graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Arts in History and holds a Master of Finance from Boston College, Carroll Graduate School of Management

Andrew Sagon is a Managing Director at Hudson Structured Capital Management Ltd. and Partner at HSCM Ventures with primary responsibilities in HSCM Ventures and Re/Insurance Strategies.
Prior to Hudson, Andrew worked at Willis Towers Watson Securities, the insurance focused investment banking arm of Willis Towers Watson where he advised on more than 20 international and domestic insurance M&A, capital raising and ILS transactions and helped establish and served as the editor of the Willis Towers Watson Securities Quarterly InsurTech Briefing.
Andrew graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Broadcast Journalism.

Brandon Baron is a Vice President at Hudson Structured Capital Management Ltd. with primary responsibilities in HSCM Ventures.
Most recently, Brandon was an Analyst in the Tactical Opportunities group at Blackstone. He began his career as a Management Consultant at Capco, where he advised financial services clients on strategy, operations, and compliance.
Brandon graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a double minor in Finance and Corporate Strategy.
Matt Coffin is a member of the Board of Advisors for the InsurTech Strategy at HSCM Bermuda Management Company.
Most recently Matt was a founder of Coffin Capital and the Executive Chairman of Goji, an online insurance platform which was recently acquired by Seeman Holtz. Matt is an active investor and was the founder and CEO of LowerMyBills.com – a top ten digital advertiser. Through his investment firm and as a board member, Matt has been involved in over $1B in monetized startups, which include more than 45 early and late stage digital media and internet-based companies across gaming, video, mobile, ecommerce, ad tech and healthcare marketplaces. Matt was awarded the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2007.

Garrett has 25+ years of complex commercial insurance and experience with 20+ years’ experience in a senior executive position. He was a partner and senior management equity holder in 4-successful private equity transactions involving Tri-City Brokerage, Bisys, Crump, and CRC Group. Currently he acts as the co-President of Brokerage for CRC Group, one of the largest wholesale insurance brokers in the world. He is responsible for operations in excess of $10 billion in written premiums annually and strategy relating to international markets, fintech, diversity and inclusion and executive lines of insurance.
As an active startup advisor and investor in the fintech and insurtech space, Garrett is a former Managing Partner at The Batchery incubator in Berkeley and remains a partner. He also acts as a mentor for 500 Startups, Lloyd’s Lab in London, Barcelona Ventures, Broker Tech Ventures, and Brown University Lab. He sits on numerous boards, including companies involved in blockchain-crypto, cyber insurance, energy finance, insurance capital markets, MGAs, parametric insurance, real estate, software, and tech-based insurance brokerage.
Garrett has an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid and Brown University, and BAs in Politics and Business from The University of Puget Sound.
